A good surprise for me
Thank you, peterq, for this instrument.
First, I have to say that I'm not really a piano player or keyboardist, my playing is not very good: I just use keyboards and their sounds for demos of my songs.
I like the sound of these old "electric pianos" as Yamaha CP 10-20-30 or Roland EP 20-30 or RMI (Electra Piano-368-RockSiChord) ...
They're not "Electro-mechanical Pianos" (no tines, no reeds) but "electronic pianos" (oscillators and frequence dividers).
The sound of these keyboards is "cheap" but I really like it, they sure don't sound like a real piano but using some chorus and reverb give a pleasant voice in some songs.
The sound of your CP10 is really good (to my ears), I already have some sampled "electronic pianos" and yours is really one of the best I have.
And, you're right: only 8 samples give a pretty good result for several octaves.
So thank you again for this sampled CP10.
