Just started with digital audio in the past year using Cubase. I have become very inspired by sample instrument creation and the work of Christian Henson and David Hilowitz. The piano book project has made me want to learn how to make sample instruments of my own.
A fabulous simple sound reminiscent of childhood.
Turn the reverb up and the tone down a little play simple open voice arpeggios and there you have a dreamy soundtrack to a children’s story.
A haunting instrument with two distinct flavours with the FX turned down the tone set at half way and reverb at a quarter, below c3 the sound is quite metallic yet above e3 the sound becomes a more wooden like instrument. It put a smile on my face
